Who We Are

Atrium Consultants has evolved into a network of construction cost professionals  and commercial managers specializing in providing accurate cost planning from conceptual design to tender documents on all types of construction projects.

Atrium Consultants is a division of Atrium Construction Ltd. which was originally formed by its Principal, Ian Duncan in 1988 as a Project Management and Contracting business. Ten years later Atrium changed its focus to the consulting side of the industry.

Atrium can also provide full cost control services or project management services from inception through to final completion with the added benefit of value engineering through the design and construction process.
